God of War III to debut at E3 in July

Out of the Paris based Game Developer Conference a possible leak of the first big name to debut at E3 next month.  Could Kratos make his first bloodthirsty marks on the PS3 platform?

Via PS3.kombo.com amongst others, comes the comment translation made by a Sony representative attending the Paris Interactive and Digital Entertainment Festival.

Indications are that God of War III might make an appearance in LA at E3 in July.

It is bound to be only a rendered trailer at E3, rather than any sort of playable form.  The official targeted release date for GOWIII is late 2009.

On the back cover of the PlayStation Portable God of War: Chains of Olympus indicated that the PS3 version of the game was ‘coming soon’.
