Drawn to Life is an endearing title for the Nintendo DS, now THQ announce that the Bikini Bottom gang, including SpongeBob SquarePants will make there way to the DS in an all new Drawn To Life title.

Aiming for a mid to late 2008 release date THQ re adding a big name IP to the already extremely popular drawing/action game Drawn To Life on the Nintendo DS.

Following on from the hugely successful DS game, Drawn to Life, THQ are proud to announce SpongeBob SquarePants Drawn to Life, a game that unites the much-loved mania of SpongeBob SquarePants and the Bikini Bottom gang, and the awesome drawing mechanics and platform action of Drawn to Life.

The game is based on the very funny Frankendoodle episode which aired in Season 3. (Check it out online here: http://spongebob-shows.com/?p=30)

In the episode an artist-at-sea accidentally drops his pencil into the ocean. It sinks down to Bikini Bottom, where SpongeBob and Patrick discover it, and unleash its magical properties. Hilarity ensues, but when a prank on Squidward brings ‘Doodlebob’ (a drawn doppelganger of SpongeBob) to life, a terrible evil is unleashed on Bikini Bottom!
