Heroes of Might and Magic assault web

Your IT - Entertainment

Developer/Publisher Ubisoft have announced the publishing of web-based games, bringing the long standing Heroes of Might and Magic to the masses with Heroes of Might and Magic Kingdoms.

This southern spring web connected gamers will be set to experience a persistent version of the heroic-fantasy world of HoMM.

Instead of playing alone or even in small groups HoMM Kingdoms gives fans the chance to take on thousands of like minded fans.

The game requires no download or installation, only an Internet connection. In addition, players can play at their own pace; from 10 minutes to multiple-hour sessions.

"This is a new type of game for Ubisoft, one that allows you to jump into a rich and complex universe just with your Web browser," said Serge Hascot, Chief Creative Officer. "Heroes of Might and Magic Kingdoms will open a wide door to the Might and Magic universe, allowing players to immerse themselves within it unlike ever before."

Virtual kingdoms will be ruled, massive armies lead and many trades made as legendary heroes are brought to digital life.

An exclusive key for the beta test is hidden in the Heroes of Might and Magic Complete Edition that releases today, you can also register on www.hommkingdoms.com
