Simpsons Movie equals The Simpsons game

Electronic Arts (EA) have announced the interactive tie-in game to the TV show and upcoming Simpsons movie. 

Coming to the PS2, PS3, PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360 as well as Nintendo's Wii and DS Electronic Arts announced another tilt at bringing The Simpsons to a gaming platform near you.

The working title of THE SIMPSONS GAME is not inspirational, but a chance to control Homer, Marge, Bart and Lisa should never be shunned.

This time around the dysfunctional family must use all of there cunning and wit, well perhaps luck to save the world from rising chaos.

"Our goal in developing THE SIMPSONS GAME is to create the most original game ever, which is a lofty goal and only possible given the close collaboration with 'The Simpsons' creative team," said Scot Amos, Executive Producer of the project.  "We're also especially proud of the game's warm visual feel, which captures - for the first time ever in a game - the look of the TV show." "The EA group was so enormously talented and beyond belief energetic that I am thinking of suing for second hand exhaustion," said James L. Brooks, Executive Producer of "The Simpsons."

Look for this cross platform Simpson game this coming southern Spring.
