Melbourne-based Wavelink has added Nomadix' public Wi-Fi access hardware to its distribution portfolio.
Wavelink, a Value-added distributor of network products has added Nomadix' intelligent network devices to its range.
The products simplify the provision of visitor or public access to networks through dedicated appliances. Products are aimed at various market segments from small offices with up to 50 simultaneous connections up to convention centres and airports with thousands of simultaneous users.
"Organisations of all sizes want high speed internet access for users that is easy to manage, reliable and secure. Distributing Nomadix is a natural evolution to expand Wavelink's existing portfolio and complements our wireless local area network offering," said Wavelink managing director Ilan Rubin.
Fred Reeder, chief commercial and operating officer at Nomadix, said "Wavelink provides the complementary technologies and expertise to formulate a complete solution alongside Nomadix, which can address areas such as Wi-Fi offload for cellular networks and converged use of networks in public venues."
