Telnic (http://telnic.org), the registry operator for the new communications-focused .tel top level domain has made its application for managing and integrating .tel information directly into the BlackBerry address book available through BlackBerry App World.

The recently launched .tel top level domain was designed to be a on-stop-shop for all an organisation's or an individual's contact information, but one organisation KFA Technologies, has set up a .tel web site to be one-stop shop for emergency services phone numbers worldwide.

Myspace is offering domain names under .tel, the new 'communications focused' top level domain for  its members.

Telnic, the organisation behind the new .tel 'one-stop-contact' top level domain name, says it will start accepting applications from trademark holders from December in preparation for a launch in March 2009.
