Recent snowfall studies in Antarctica suggest climate change has taken rainfall away from Western Australia to the benefit of the Law Done in East Antarctica.

According to a study performed in part by The Aerospace Corporation, rocket launches in the future, as many more are performed each year, may need to be more strictly regulated by the global community in order to not deplete ozone in the stratosphere.

A team from the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom found a chemical compound that had replaced a banned greenhouse gas because it was bad for the environment is, itself, also bad for the environment. The culprit is a fumigant with the chemical name sulfuryl fluoride.

According to a Missouri study, U.S. researchers found that unwashed hair absorbs much more ground-based ozone than washed hair. Breathing in ozone within smog can cause respiratory problems.         

Norwegian researchers calculated the climatic effects from each type of transportation mode (rail, road, shipping, and aviation) since the Industrial Revolution. They found that road transportation has been responsible for the most emissions of carbon dioxide and ozone—twice that of aviation.
