Consumer Reports says not all breakfast cereals are good
A study performed by Consumer Reports says that some breakfast cereals have high amounts of sugar and low levels of fiber, a bad combination for children and adults alike.

Arthritis not bettered with glucosamine, chrondroitin
According to new research by American researchers, sugar pills work just as well as the highly advertised nutritional supplements glucosamine and/or chondroitin on the progression of knee osteoarthritis. Sugar pills also worked as well as the prescription drug Celecoxib.
