Pope accepts lesser of two evils: Condoms

Pope Benedict, the leader of the Catholic Church, has stated that the use of condoms is acceptable if it helps to reduce the spread of AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) in the world.  
 

Australian Catholics say yes to adult stem cell research

The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney has provided a grant for a research study at the St. Vincent Institute of Medical Research for possible medical and therapeutic purposes of adult stem cells. It will be presented on Wednesday, March 17, 2010.
