The details of the arrangement involve iTW becoming a carrier partner of NEXTDC and establishing its own colocation suites in each NEXTDC facility across Australia commencing at NEXTDC’s M1 facility which will initially house approximately 40 racks. NEXTDC will enable iTW to establish Points of Presence (POPs) in the carrier room of all NEXTDC facilities.
Through NEXTDC, iTW will be able to deploy its mission critical infrastructure required to deliver services to its customers in Australia and expand its cloud services portfolio including the enablement of private cloud networks and geographically diverse colocation facilities underpinned by iTW’s carrier partners to the Australian market.
