Seavus group announces the release of its brand new product – Seavus Executive Summary

Seavus Executive Summary is an add-in for Microsoft® Project Server 2003 and Microsoft® Project Server 2007. It is designed for project managers, middle and top management to provide project summary reports with important information about project tasks, resources and assignments. It is distributed in a modern setup, built as an MSI (Microsoft® Installer) package.

BOSTON, MALMÖ, SKOPJE, LONDON (05/08/2008) – The Seavus Group announced the launch of a brand new product to the global market. The new product is called Seavus Executive Summary and it aims to improve management productivity.

Seavus Executive Summary (SES) is a Microsoft® Project add-in that improves management’s reporting by providing summary reports for important project information. Seavus Executive Summary enables users to spot which resources and tasks are over/under budget, to find out which resources are over allocated and to see if there are any critical tasks. It also gives a general overview of the status of the project plan.

Seavus Executive Summary entirely satisfies the needs of the following Microsoft® Project solution user’s categories:

· Users who conceptualize, develop, realize (implement) and terminate projects – explicitly project managers

· Users who need to view, compare and analyze project information in order to bring decisions of critical value to the project’s success – key company decision makers

· Users who act as managers of the company’s units, departments, divisions or the whole organization – i.e. team managers, functional managers, executive managers

SeavusExecutiveSummary provides overview to vital information about project tasks and resources in three report types: predefined reports, report templates and comparison reports (with actual and referent values for tasks, resources, and assignments). Predefined reports give an overview to the project plan, the tasks’ costs, the resources’ costs and the assignments.

By providing vital project information through these reports, Seavus Executive Summary enables users to get quick information regarding hidden project risks and to eliminate excessive manual processes. It saves manager’s time and increases project management’s productivity through improving reporting and enabling easier executive meetings.
