Study supports cosmic impact hypothesis about 13K years ago
With the possibility of asteroids, such as 2012 DA14, coming close to Earth, scientists have added evidence that a cosmic body crashed into Earth some 12,900 to 13,000 years ago in what is now central Mexico.
