Employees and volunteers at NORAD will be manning the phones on Christmas Eve 2011 as people all over the world rely on these people to tell them 'Where is Santa Claus?'
The phone lines are open beginning at 4 a.m. (Mountain Standard Time [MST]) in Colorado, U.S.A. (the location of NORAD) on the morning of Christmas Eve.
In addition to these telephone calls, NORAD also provides its NORAD Tracks Santa website.
The telephone number for NORAD on Christmas Eve is 877-HI-NORAD (877-446-6723) or 719-556-5211.
The lines stay open until 3 a.m. MST on Christmas Day (December 25, 2011).
