The article begins by stating, 'Australian women who go under the knife often have unrealistic expectations of cosmetic surgery and the risks involved, a study shows.'

And, 'Women in the Australian National University (ANU) survey told of having facelifts that were too tight, and nose jobs that did not match a computer image they had been shown before the surgery.'
