FDA warns U.S. consumers not to use tainted weight-loss products

On December 22, 2008, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned consumers not to use twenty-seven weight-loss products, primarily sold over the Internet, because they contain ingredients that are not identified on their labels and which may place the user at a health risk.
