The Government has offered Australia's three mobile operators, and vividwireless, renewal of their existing spectrum allocated on 15 year licences in the late 90s and early 2000s at set prices, while the Government expects to rake in $3 billion.

Other medical problems are a large contributing factor to sexual problems in women.
Depression doubles the risk of sexual problems in women. However, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease were not shown in the study to affect the sexual health of women, but did affect the sexual health of men.
Dr. Shifren concluded, “The reason the study is important is that we read about 30 or 40 percent us — women — experience sexual problems and we confirm that, yes, about 30 percent of women may note low desire, or orgasmic response, but when you ask if it is a distressing problem, that is a much lower percentage of women.” [MSNBC: “Low sex drive? They study seems to say that if a women does not have sexual desire but is not bothered by it, then she doesn’t have a medical problem.
The MSNBC article reports an interesting excerpt: “In an editorial accompanying the published study, Dr. Ingrid Nygaard, a urogynecologist and professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine, told the story of a female patient “who, not bothered herself by her lack of interest but very bothered by her husband’s distress at her lack of interest, asked, “‘Why am I the abnormal one?””
