In what is now a seemingly regular occurrence for Melbournians, a 4.5 magnitude earthquake has rocked south east Victoria for a second time since a 5.4 magnitude tremor shook only 4 weeks prior.

Social Media lit up as reports of another earthquake, almost exactly one month after a 5.3 magnitude quake hit near the same region quickly filled the headlines of Facebook and began trending on Twitter.
