DelCom annouces changes in sharholders

Today, DelCom BV, also named DelConsulting, announced that DWBH is now the new controlling shareholder, and that Jean-Francois Guillaume, its President, is the new Chairman of the board of the company.

Two weeks ago (December 18th), DWBH, the investment vehicle of former France Telecom & Orascom Telecom Holding Jean-Francois Guillaume, announced the buyout of The Hague, Netherlands-based DelCom for an undisclosed amount.

Harrington SA, shareholder of DelCom BV for the last three years, has successfully pursued a strategy of refocusing DelConsulting on its core businesses, rationalizing the cost base, launching innovative services with high added value (e.g. transmission expertise) and expanding its international footprint.  Today the company provides staff and telecom experts, but also services in the following areas:

- Due diligence (assets evaluation, staff skills assessment, business plan, market positioning and competition …),

- Activities launching and re-organization (network audit and optimization, training program elaboration, organization of the company redefinition, interconnection model elaboration, roaming agreements establishment …).

As a result, the company has grown its market shares and achieved sustained growth in earnings.
