Kaseya Announces Support for Windows Small Business Server and Essential Business Server

Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and public and private sector IT organisations, announced today it will support Microsoft’s Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2008 and Essential Business Server (EBS) 2008. Through the addition of Microsoft’s server solutions, Kaseya is enhancing its comprehensive IT Automation Platform for the proactive monitoring, management, maintenance and protection of customers’ entire IT infrastructures.

“Adding support for SBS and EBS with our sophisticated product offering presents a lucrative opportunity for the channel, enabling managed services providers to improve margins and ensure efficient IT service delivery,” said Tim Dickinson, Country Manager for Kaseya Australia and New Zealand. “In addition, we are able to expand our offering to internal IT organisations as well, providing a global automation solution that empowers professionals to deliver the broadest range of IT services within a single client.”

As a result of providing SBS and EBS support, Kaseya's IT automation platform can now be used to deliver integrated and automated IT services, including network monitoring and alerts, patch management, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security and anti-virus protection. Kaseya provides its customers with a reliable IT infrastructure with improved updates and availability, increased workforce productivity, higher customer satisfaction and fixed costs for IT services. For Kaseya partners, benefits include the enablement of a managed service business model and efficient IT service delivery, combined with ease of use, improved margins and a recurring revenue stream.

“Microsoft is pleased to support Kaseya in offering SBS and EBS to its managed services and internal IT customers,” said Russ Madlener, director, Windows Server Group, Microsoft Corp. “Kaseya’s IT automation services work with our integrated server solutions to deliver a strong resource to the industry.”
