ATTO Technology Demonstrates Fibre Channel Multipathing at Siggraph 2008

Siggraph 2008, Los Angeles, CA (August 11, 2008) – ATTO Technology, Inc., a global leader of storage connectivity and infrastructure solutions for data-intensive computing environments, is featuring a live Fibre Channel multipathing demonstration at this year’s Siggraph show on August 11-16.



Located in booth 863, ATTO will demonstrate a proven, reliable high-performance storage connectivity solution targeted towards high-end digital editing where workflow productivity is critical and performance must be optimal.



ATTO’s Celerity 4-Gb Fibre Channel Host Adapters will be featured in the demonstration on multipathing capabilities for Mac® OS X. This solution will show high-availability storage connectivity for Mac users, featuring path failover for continuous uptime and load balancing to aggregate performance across multiple ports. ATTO has developed a high-performance multipathing driver for Mac OS X that works with Celerity host adapters in multi-workstation, heterogeneous environments. Simple configuration, monitoring and management can be obtained by using the ATTO configuration tool.
