Haley Appoints Vice President of Global Marketing

Sydney – July 3, 2008 - Haley Limited, the technology leader for policy automation, management and enforcement, announced today the appointment of Heike Lorenz as Vice President of Global Marketing based in Sydney. 

Lorenz joins Haley with more than ten years’ experience in marketing and will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating sales leads, and managing partner and alliance marketing in Australia as well as in North America, Europe and Asia.

Most recently, Lorenz was Asia Pacific Marketing Manager at Insight, a US$4 billion leading reseller of top name-brand IT computing products, software and advanced IT services solutions. Her key achievements included launching the joint partnership between Insight and Microsoft in China as well as establishing the company’s services practice in Asia Pacific.
 
Previously, she spent four years as International Marketing Manager at Quickcut, a world-leading provider of digital advertising workflow solutions.  During this time, she developed and implemented a global marketing program in line with the company’s commercial and financial objectives to increase market share, establish key strategic partnerships, and develop successful communication plans for internal and external merger communication.
 
Prior, Lorenz worked at Wilcom, the Australian embroidery software company where she was Market Development Manager for three years involved in the company’s overall market development both in Australia and overseas.    Her key accomplishments included identifying new markets for Wilcom product and service distribution, due diligence on potential business partners, and establishing strategic business relationships with both government and private organisations.
