E-Commerce focus added to Queensland Practice Leading Brisbane law firm, Hemming+Hart Lawyers has appointed an additional partner Mr Timothy Beale. Mr Beale will bring expertise in the fields of taxation law, e-commerce and intellectual property law to the firm. Mr Beale has also worked as a senior government lawyer with the Queensland Department of Justice and the Attorney-General. Mr Beale was admitted in 1986 as a Solicitor and Barrister in various jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia. Mr Anthon went on to say, “This financial year, the ATO’s Compliance Plan includes self managed super funds and a review of Service Trusts.
