Opinion and Analysis
The latest Wii channel becomes available today; do you think it is a good idea? If so then vote 1, if not….
The Everybody Votes Channel will enable Wii owners to have their opinions heard in quick, easy and fun polls. Once polls have closed, the results will be available with stats fans being able to compare opinions on a world wide and regional basis.
Wii owners will be able to use up to six of their Mii personalities to register votes on the every changing poll questions.
As well as vote casting, Mii’s can try their forecast skills in trying to predict the outcome of a particular poll. The accuracy of a Mii’s prediction will be quantified at the conclusion of each poll and added as a score. This score will represent the “How Tuned In Are You?” quotient for bragging rights, in how well you understand the Wii population.
The Everybody Votes Channel is now available from the Wii Shop Channel for free. Once downloaded, registered Mii’s can vote on polls, and in what could have been a very interesting feature, suggest new questions. Each player is allowed one suggestion per day, with a Nintendo moderator making a decision on the best poll question to be put up to the Channel.
