Opinion and Analysis
Nintendo has announced the upcoming line-up of Wii games, and an eclectic bunch they are.
The world is still partially under the gaming spell of the Wii, as people from all ages discover gaming again, along with veteran games all waving the Wii-mote with smiles or determined looks.
Continuing their promise of gaming for everyone, Nintendo has announced its proposed line-up of 2007 Q1 releases.
Feb. 14 Wii Play with Wii Remote--Nintendo
March 27 Disney's Meet the Robinsons--Buena Vista
March Bust-A-Move Bash--Majesco
March Prince of Persia Rival Swords--Ubisoft
March TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)--Ubisoft
March Bionicle Heroes--Eidos
March Blazing Angels Squadrons of WWII--Ubisoft
Q1 Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07--EA
Q1 SSX Blur--EA
Q1 The Godfather Blackhand Edition--EA
Q1 Medal of Honor Vanguard--EA
Q1 Sonic and the Secret Rings—Sega
Whilst not a vast array of titles, these do add to the substantial amount of 34 launch titles, as well as the constant trickle of Virtual Console releases. They, as promised also cover a wide gamut of tastes, with, as cliché as it may sound, something for everybody.
Surprisingly there are no Mario titles listed for Q1, with Super Paper Mario and Mario Party 8 seemingly slipping to Q2.
