Review Crysis Warhead / Crysis Wars

Opinion and Analysis

One – the price, Crysis Warhead is priced at expansion levels

And tow, Crysis Wars.  The second disc that comes with the Warhead package gives a great little multiplayer option to Crysis fans.

With each player donning a Nanosuit, scrambling for spawning weapons and then running around a paradise island blowing the excrement out of each other, life is fun.

There are extra multiplayer only weapons such as the Molecular Accelerator (ouch!!) and the TAC Launcher (nukes in multiplayer, yikes!), but generally CryTek haven’t complicated Crysis Wars.

Along with the normal deathmatch and team deathmatch modes, there is Power Struggle where teams attempt to destroy each others facilities on the map.

It is only a little disappointing that there is (currently) only one vehicle map for multiplayer mayhem.

Crysis fans, and shooter fans in general will be satisfied with Warhead, the single player experience pales to the multiplayer however.
