Review: Speed Racer

Opinion and Analysis

The handling of the cars is straight forward, forget about the actual physics of the blinding speed and impossible loops and avoid going into a slide as it slows the car down too much.  In fact, why Sidhe Interactive even provided a ‘break’ button is somewhat beyond me.speedr2.jpg

There is some co-op multiplayer fun to be had and a movie to unlock, but the platter life of Speed Racer may not be too long.  The Championship modes provide an adequate number of fun hours with multiplayer extending this a little longer.

Worst Part: When exploding near the end of a race
Best Part: Being able to be fav characters like Speed Racer
Game rating:Unbeliveabale! (sic)  14 out of 10

Perhaps, based on Alex’s views and once my eyes heal, I will give Speed Racer another go.
