Mobile operators get fixed price spectrum renewal in $3b Government windfall

The Government has offered Australia's three mobile operators, and vividwireless, renewal of their existing spectrum allocated on 15 year licences in the late 90s and early 2000s at set prices, while the Government expects to rake in $3 billion.

OpenOffice derivative NeoOffice 2.2.2 Patch 10 (free, open source) adds the ability to import images from scanners, cameras and any other devices recognised by Image capture.

The forthcoming version 2.2.3 is set to add QuickTime video support under Mac OS X 10.4 and higher, and grammar checking under 10.5.
