Perhaps the management of eBay, being in charge of a large multinational, think they can simply bulldoze their way through a relatively small and sleepy little backwater of a country, flouting its laws along the way?

If so, then perhaps the management of eBay need to take a few lessons on what it means to be a good corporate citizen in Australia. There are plenty of multinational IT companies operating in Australia who could teach them.

Hopefully, when the time comes for the ACCC to issue its final notice, eBay Australia will finally get the message - back off!
