We are seeking a high calibre candidate with strong financial and systems accounting knowledge, who displays the aptitude and ability to quickly familiarise themselves with Mincom technologies and methodologies to provide exemplary customer service.

The primary role of the Finance Consultant is to provide expert accounting advice, support, business process improvement and usability knowledge to Mincom Customers. Building on relevant tertiary qualifications and attainment of CPA status, the successful applicant will possess high level experience in a financial arena.

In order to delivery to key customers and projects in the Brisbane area, we currently required experienced Financial Consultants to start, with the following criteria:

- Degree qualified in Finance / Accountancy
- CA or CPA qualified
- Previous consulting experience
- Presentation and training skills and experience
- Previous exposure to large Enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, MIMS/Ellipse, JD Edwards
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Well developed analytical and research skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

The candidate must demonstrate a strong Customer service orientation, and be capable of working both independently and unsupervised, and within a team environment. This role will require regular travel to client sites.

Representing Mincom direct to the client, excellent verbal communication skills are essential, as are organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
