$$$ Network Operations Analyst needed URGENTLY - NORTH RYDE - Permanent - 24 x 7 shifts $$$

Needed for Global Network Operations Centre where you will gain exposure to many diffferent clients and their technologies

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in a support role in a NOC environment.

You will need:
- 2 - 4 years' experience providing problem management and support to client networks
- Ability to work 24x7 shiftwork
- Have a good understanding of Networks including LAN/WAN management
- CCNA qualifications as well as experience using HP Openview Network Management Tools.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and Level 1 & 2 support of network devices and services for internal and external customers
- Liaison with vendors, telcos and network engineering staff to resolve problems
