We are seeking a high calibre candidate with strong Human Resources and Payroll knowledge. The primary role of the Business Consultant is to contribute to the formulation and implementation of business solutions to meet customer’s needs. Based in Perth, this role will involve regular travel and work at customer sites.
Building on relevant tertiary qualifications and industry association, the successful incumbent will possess at least 5 years HR/Payroll experience, desirably within one of Mincom’s key industries. The successful candidate must have in depth knowledge / experience with a HRIS and computerised payroll system, and ideally has had experience in the implementation of an ERP system. Mincom Ellipse / MIMS exposure will be highly regarded.
Representing Mincom direct to the client, we are seeking exceptionally presented individuals possessing strong communication skills. A strong customer service focus and well-developed persuasive skills would be highly regarded. This role requires a candidate capable of working both independently and unsupervised, and within a team environment.
