Global Investment Bank requires for two support focused professional to
work within their 24 x 7 ITIL best practice aligned IT Service Centre.
The centre contains multiple, interconnected, specialised support teams
all with an emphasis on customer service and the efficiency of
solutions delivery to a large and complex user base. The Global Messaging team is the second level of support for all
Outlook, Blackberry and message routing problems (e.g. message
tracing). This team has recently promoted two individuals internally as
part of their continuous employee development and this has lead to the
need for two additional analysts. The roles represent a mix of BAU support as well as assisting with
ad hoc communications analysis and will involve not only responsive
support but also monitoring backups data integrity, capacity
management, system utilisation, implementing ⁄ testing low risk changes
and mail functionality testing. Your technical experience should include: - Intimate knowledge of Exchange 2003 and Blackberries
- 2 Years + BES Administration, Blackberry installation and Support
- 2 Years + Troubleshooting PC Software and Hardware Issues and Resolution
- Call logging ⁄ monitoring systems (e.g. Remedy)
- Topcall faxing and Sendmail (Desirable)
Non technical skills required include: - Excellent problem solving ability
- Strong team player attributes
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (Desirable)

completed on a monthly ⁄ bi-monthly rotating shift pattern (with
