Due to the continuing expansion of our consulting business in the Asia Pacific region, several exciting opportunities have become available. We are seeking experienced consultants to join our Field Operations business unit in various locations across Australia. Functional consultants are fundamental to the overall success of our organisation. You will be providing business solutions unique to our customer’s needs within the following disciplines:

• HR/Payroll
• Finance
• Maintenance
• Materials/Supply

Building on relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have at least 5 years specialist business or technical experience, strong consulting and analytical skills, and be motivated to achieve excellent customer outcomes. Previous implementation, support & training experience in an enterprise solution would be highly regarded, in particular, exposure to the MIMS/Ellipse technology.

Representing Mincom direct to the client, you will offer outstanding verbal communication skills, as well as organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
