Due to increasing business activity, we are therefore accepting expressions of interest for Materials Consultants to work within the Field Operations Business Unit at various locations around Australia.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing unsurpassed consulting services to Mincom’s clients involving the formulation and implementation of solutions to meet their business needs.

As a Materials Consultant, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Provide top quality Ellipse consulting & support to important Mincom customers
• Develop proposals & prepare bid and tender responses.
• Generate and assist the account managers to generate consulting opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Delivery of business benefits in accordance with consulting assignment deliverables.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients.

To make one of these positions yours, you will posses a minimum of 3 years industry experience in specialist area in capital-intensive industry (Mining, Utilities, Transport, Defence, Government)., as well as proven experience implementing Ellipse or an equivalent ERP. Desirable skills will also include tertiary qualifications or suitable practical Supply Chain experience.

Most importantly, to be the successful candidate for these positions you will possess outstanding customer service skills, self motivation and the power of persuasion.
