If you are the next Mincom Applications Administrator, you will work as a member of the MMS Infrastructure Operations team. Specifically, you will be working closely with a highly competent and professional team ensure the functional operations are of the highest standard.
The role is responsible for the maintenance of data and configuration of the MMS applications that are used to support and facilitate delivery of services to our valued customers. These applications include BMC Remedy, Reporting Systems & Portals so experience across these areas are crucial.
If you are the next Mincom Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
1st point of call for all Mincom Managed Services staff with Incidents, Service Requests and general enquiries
Ownership and Management of the Remedy & Reporting configuration data
Liaison with Application developers for the resolution of issues and enhancement of Application functionality
