HAVE YOU WORKED ON SOME OF AUSTRALIAS HIGHEST VOLUME WEBSITES? One of the largest organisations in the Financial Services sector is
looking for a highly experienced commercial website front end developer
to play a leading role in one of the largest scale impact projects in
the organizations history. This ground breaking project will push our
clients site toward the very top of traffic reports in Australia, and
will be referenced as a exhibition sites for a number of industry
leading vendors. This is the opportunity for a senior developer (10years+) to share
their experience to create a technically complex masterpiece. You will
be responsible for writing frameworks and build web interfaces that
must be cross browser, lightweight, accessible, secure and capable of
scaling out and handling enormous amounts of web traffic. REQUIREMENTS: - Senior experience working on Australia's most robust ⁄ high data volume websites
- Ability to Produce, review and document the highest quality HTML⁄CSS⁄JavaScript⁄AJAX code
- Intimate knowledge of the CSS quirks across browsers
- Knowledge of techniques to save every last byte out of a page payload
- Experience with screen readers and assistive technologies (eg JAWS)
- Understanding of Object Orientated (OO) programming, preferably C#.NET
- Commercial experience in relational database development, preferably Oracle
- Commercial experience in Flash and Action Scripting
