About the Role

The focus of this role is the implementation of Cisco IPCCE components. Your key responsibilities will involve the creation of Cisco IPCCE scripts for testing, the executions of these tests, and configuration of the various components as required.

In addition to these main activities, you will work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure all project activities are delivered on time, and that all documentation is completed accurately.

We’d love to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years’ professional experience
• IPCCE 7.x, Central Controller, AW/HDS, PG, Webview reporting
• VOIP, SIP, H.323, ACD, CTI, IVR, Voice Logger, ISDN, CAS, CCS
• Cisco IP Telephony, CallManager 5.X, 6.X, 7.x
• MGCP, H.323, SIP gateway implementation
• Cisco professional certifications, and IPCCE boot camp training
