The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has published the interim determination on AAPT's dispute with Optus over the price Optus wants to charge for terminating calls to its mobile customers It is the latest in a series of similar disputes, all against Optus or Vodafone, on which the ACCC has issued interim determinations and in all cases it has set an initial price for the mobile terminating access service of 18 cents per minute, decreasing to 15 cents per minute on 1 January 2006 until a date 12 months form the date of the determination
