Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
CRM vendor Salesforce.com, has released a set of podcasts detailing best practices for its CRM platform AppExchange at its new new Salesforce.com on iTunes site.The podcast sessions aim to provide customers and partners with useful insight from product experts, peers and industry leaders, to successfully apply the value of AppExchange across their business.

of downloadable audio content at the time of launch, covering a wide
variety of tracks from best practice sessions, industry roundtable

added on a monthly basis, according to the company.
