CRM vendor Salesforce.com, has released a set of podcasts detailing best practices for its CRM platform AppExchange at its new new Salesforce.com on iTunes site.The podcast sessions aim to provide customers and partners with useful insight from product experts, peers and industry leaders, to successfully apply the value of AppExchange across their business.

Salesforce.com on iTunes also claims to have over 70+ podcast sessions of downloadable audio content at the time of launch, covering a wide variety of tracks from best practice sessions, industry roundtable discussions, to thought leadership presentations. New content will be added on a monthly basis, according to the company.
