iTWire, a leading Australian online source for IT and telecoms news, has launched JobsWire, an ICT internet jobs board, wholly integrated with the iTWire website.
Unlike other internet jobs boards which charge to place job ads on their sites, there will be no cost for job advertisers to place ads on JobsWire. The latest job ads will also appear on the iTWire UPDATE, the daily newsletter delivered each weekday to the desktop of several thousands of ICT professionals who subscribe and regularly visit the iTWire website.
iTWire has been testing its new jobs board facility for months and we would like to give special thanks to Sydney recruiter 2it for helping us out with some live jobs.
iTWire publisher Peter Dinham says, "We are a value added news and information resource for the ICT industry and jobs is part of that mix. The new paradigm for the internet is the free flow of information, which is funded by advertising. Consumers no longer have to pay for news and now, in the ICT industry, job providers no longer have to pay to let people know about jobs they have on offer."
With the launch of JobsWire, iTWire will also expand its news coverage of the ICT recruitment industry, providing news of developments in technology HR, including career and market trends. This will include views and opinions of the movers and shakers of the industry, including editorial contributions.
Peter Dinham says, "We would be delighted if you can post your jobs to JobsWire this week and avail yourself of our free service which will put your ads in front of thousands of ICT professionals every day. Posting your jobs to JobsWire is easy and straightforward. Simply visit the JobsWire account setup page and follow the instructions to get an account."
