IT infrastructure provider Citrix Systems has appointed Dean Vaughan as channel development manager, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Vaughan replaces Wendy Smith who has been promoted to a Pacific role. Vaughan has 18 years of channels and system integration experience, primarily in voice and data communications and IT managed services. He joined Citrix from 3Com where he was most recently ANZ Channel Director. Prior to 3Com, Dean held numerous roles at NCR Corporation including Asia Pacific Alliances Manager and IT Network Infrastructure Services Manager where he gained experience in sales strategy and channel development.
