Telstra adds one million mobile services, but Sensis plummets

Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.

RSA makes Melbourne management appointments

RSA, the Security Division of EMC, has added to its Melbourne team with the appointment of Sonya Walker as regional manager and E-Yang Tang as senior sales engineer. The appointments are effective immediately. Walker joins RSA with over 12 years’ experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining RSA, she was Southern Regional Manager at FrontRange Solutions. She was also the founder and president of Benchmark Professionals, a US-based strategic management consultancy specialising in the commercialisation of US and Australian ICT businesses. In addition, Walker was National Business Development Manager across ANZ at Progress Software. E-Yang Tang joins RSA with 10 years of IT industry experience. Just before E-Yang joined RSA he was appointed as a Channel Manager in the Asia region for ManageSoft Corporation. Prior to that he was a Senior IT Consultant where he was responsible for providing consultative services on a pre-sales level for about six years where he specialised in enterprise OS deployment, software management and asset managements tools.
