Consulting and technology firm, Oakton has appointed Paul Voges as executive general manager for New South Wales.

"With Paul Voges at the helm of an incredibly strong team in New South Wales, we are confident that we will achieve significant growth across many key sectors," said CEO and managing director Neil Wilson.

"We are thrilled to have Paul as part of Oakton's future," he added.

Mr Voges has over 16 years of experience in the technology sector including senior positions at Salesforce.com and Microsoft in Australia.

At Salesforce.com, he was vice president responsible for alliances and existing customers.

At Microsoft Australia, he held the position of sales general manager responsible for alliances, corporate sales teams, SMB sales teams and the Dynamics business portfolio.
