President and COO Gary Moore is responsible for Cisco's end-to-end operations, including the operations, services, IT, supply chain, marketing and communications, human resources, corporate affairs, transformation office, legal, government affairs, and corporate planning functions.
Rob Lloyd, president of development and sales is charged with tightening connections between customer requirements and innovation, as well as increasing the company's speed-to-market.
Pankaj Patel, executive vice president and chief development officer, remains in charge of Cisco's development organisation but now reports to Mr Lloyd.
Chuck Robbins is the new head of worldwide sales, taking over from Mr Lloyd, to whom he reports.
Wim Elfrink is still executive vice president and chief globalisation officer, but his organisation will be integrated with the development and sales function and he too will report to Mr Lloyd.
