Data recovery specialist Kroll Ontrack has hired two customer service executives for its Brisbane operation.

Rebecca Armstrong and Amelia Connor have joined Kroll Ontrack to help support the company's Australian and New Zealand customers and service partners.

"Rebecca and Amelia will play an integral part in supporting the increasing requirement for more complex data recovery services from our customers and partners in Australia and New Zealand," said general manager Adrian Briscoe.

"They will also complement the new services offered by the recent Brisbane lab and clean room expansion which has greatly increased the service capabilities of Kroll Ontrack in areas such as Apple device recoveries, tape, SSD and virtualised environments."

Ms Armstrong will be responsible for expanding and supporting Kroll Ontrack's Certified Partner network.

Her ten years experience in customer service includes working as business development and sustainability manager at Quantum Energy, customer reporting officer at Optus, and senior service consultant at RACQ.

Ms Connor joined Kroll Ontrack from Suncorp Metway where she was a team member in the customer sales and services organisation. Her previous roles include customer service officer at SITA Environmental Solutions.
