Altis Consulting has appointed Katrina Pilcher as ACT regional manager and Shaune Rolfe as Victoria state manager.

Ms Pilcher joins the company from IBM where she was public sector lead - business analytics and optimisation. She previously worked at EMC Australia as sales director - Federal Government, data computing division; at SAS Institute Australia in a number of roles culminating in ACT sales manager; and at Cognos for two years as a senior pre-sales consultant with responsibility for Federal Government clients.

Earlier in her career she held financial auditing roles in the public and private sectors.

Mr Rolfe has been with Altis for four years as ACT regional manager. He previously served as state services manager at Commander Communications and regional manager at Logica.

He has also worked with the CSIRO, Objective Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation.
