Protegic has appointed two seasoned executives as consulting partners for specific industry sectors.

Devini Goonetilleke is the new consulting partner for the financial and utility industries, and is based in Melbourne.

She joins Protegic with more than 20 year experience includnig numerous executive positions in the financial services sector.

Ms Goonetilleke holds an MBA and is a CPA and CFP.

Stephen Price joins Protegic as consulting partner for the mining and resources sector, and is based in Perth.

His 25-plus years of consulting and management experience in Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong was gained with companies including KPMG, Fujitsu, Sun Microsystems and Ernst & Young, most recently in the mining and resources industry.

Protegic CEO David Thompson said the appointments are part of the company's efforts to develop stronger partnerships with its clients. "Both will work closely with myself and other members of the executive management team, looking after our existing clients and assisting in developing new accounts across Australia and Singapore," he said.

"We are excited to have Stephen and Devini on board sharing their experience and knowledge with our clients and the Protegic team," he added.
