Consulting and solutions provider Tecala has made two senior account management and client services appointments.

Client support services manager Frank Boffa has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, most recently as customer services manager at BlueCentral. He previously worked as northern region service manager at BTAS, and in a variety of roles at Telstra Business Systems.

Tecala David TerzoSenior account manager David Terzo has more than ten years experience in the IT industry, most recently as senior account manager at Oriel Technologies. He previously worked for Brennan IT, Macquarie Corporate Telecommunications, and Hutchinson Telecommunications.
