Kaseya makes two senior appointments

IT systems management software specialist Kaseya has appointed Anne Huemme as chief financial officer and Monica Hoppe as executive vice president, global human resources.

"We're very excited to welcome Anne Huemme and Monica Hoppe to the Kaseya team," commented CEO Gerald Blackie. "With their solid backgrounds and strategic insight, Anne and Monica will be key assets as we continue to scale the company and extend our worldwide operations. This is another important step in the continuing expansion and strengthening of our management team."

Ms Huemme was most recently CFO at WebLayers, and has also been the CFO at UItimus, Ardence (acquired by Citrix), and Optical Solutions (acquired by Calix, Inc.).

She hold an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Duke University.

Ms Hoppe was previously outside counsel for Kaseya.

She holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Women's Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a law degree from the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law.
