Acronis appoints ANZ regional manager

Disaster recovery and data protection solutions company, Acronis, has appointed a channel business development manager for the Australia, New Zealand region.
{loadpositon peter}Acronis general manager Pacific, Karl Sice, announced the appointment of Michelle Duffy to the role, responsible for expanding the channel partner base in the region from the silver level and above categories in its channel partner program.

Sice said Duffy had been successful in building strategic relationships with various channel partners prior to joining Acronis, working for Dimension Data, Citrix (through itX Group), M86 Security and Novell.

'Ms Duffy is looking to build a channel that delivers autonomous revenue through effective profiling, engagement and enablement. She will support our regional partners in their lead generation campaigns and through to deal closure. We welcome her to the Acronis team.'
